Free Nationwide Shipping

All Jordan River Caskets products include complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States.

There are no hidden freight charges added at checkout for standard deliveries within our shipping coverage area.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special delivery requirements, expedited services, Alaska, Hawaii, or locations outside the continental United States.


Delivery Locations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of purchase.

Inspection Upon Delivery

If shipping damage is discovered, please:

  2. Retain all packaging materials.
  3. Notify Jordan River Caskets within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Provide supporting photos and delivery information.

Prompt reporting allows us to assist with freight claims and potential resolutions.
