Nature of Our Products

Jordan River Caskets specializes in handcrafted caskets, memorial products, and custom memorial items.

Due to the unique nature of these products, many items are manufactured, reserved, customized, or prepared specifically for a particular family or funeral home. As a result, our return and refund policies differ from those of traditional retail products.

Order Review and Accuracy

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing a purchase, including:

Once an order enters production, preparation, or shipping coordination, changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may generally be canceled prior to production, preparation, customization, or shipping arrangements.

If an order has already entered production or delivery scheduling, Jordan River Caskets reserves the right to assess reasonable administrative, production, or logistics fees associated with the cancellation.

Each cancellation request is reviewed individually.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom caskets, engraved products, special-order items, personalized memorial products, and made-to-order merchandise are considered final sale.

Once production begins, these items are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged Merchandise

Although rare, shipping damage may occasionally occur during transportation.

If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify Jordan River Caskets within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with the claims process, please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of all packaging
  • Detailed description of the damage

Upon review, Jordan River Caskets may:

  • Replace the damaged item
  • Issue a partial refund

Resolution decisions are made at the sole discretion of Jordan River Caskets based on the circumstances of each claim.

Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a product that differs from the item ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of an order without prior authorization from Jordan River Caskets may be responsible for transportation, storage, return freight, and administrative expenses associated with the shipment.
